Initial Demo Delivery
For selected projects, Falak Group LLC may provide a free demo website or software preview within approximately 48 hours after receiving sufficient project inputs.
The demo is intended to validate design direction, technical capabilities, and alignment with client requirements. Delivery timelines for the demo phase may vary depending on project complexity and the completeness of the information provided by the client.
Project Initiation
Full production work begins only after:
- Written client approval of the proposed solution, and
- Payment of the agreed project fee as defined in the final quote, invoice, or contract
Upon project initiation, Falak Group LLC defines and communicates a delivery timeline, milestones, and expected deliverables based on the agreed scope of work.
Project Scope and Revisions
All projects are executed based on a clearly defined scope agreed upon prior to initiation.
Revisions are included within the limits of the agreed scope. Requests that introduce additional features, integrations, or significant changes in direction may:
- Require scope re-evaluation
- Result in updated timelines
- Be subject to additional pricing
Falak Group LLC reserves the right to assess and approve any changes to scope.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and successful delivery, clients are expected to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Supply necessary content, assets, and credentials in a timely manner
- Respond to feedback requests and approvals without undue delay
Delays in client communication or input may impact delivery timelines.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines are provided at project kickoff and are based on the defined scope and available information.
While Falak Group LLC strives to meet all agreed deadlines, timelines may be adjusted in cases of:
- Scope changes or additional requests
- Delays in client feedback or required materials
- Technical constraints or third-party dependencies
Delivery Method
Final deliverables are provided digitally, depending on the nature of the project, and may include:
- Live deployment links
- Source code and project files
- Documentation and usage instructions
- Access to platforms, dashboards, or hosting environments
Delivery is considered complete once the agreed deliverables have been made available to the client.
Acceptance of Delivery
Upon delivery, clients are expected to review the project and confirm acceptance within a reasonable timeframe.
If no material issues are reported within the agreed review period, the project may be considered accepted and completed.
Post-Delivery Support
Post-launch support may be provided if explicitly included in the project agreement or under a separate maintenance plan.
Any additional support or modifications outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees.
Third-Party Services
Certain projects may involve third-party services, tools, or integrations. Falak Group LLC is not responsible for outages, limitations, or changes originating from third-party providers.
Communication
Falak Group LLC maintains regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, including progress updates, milestone confirmations, and feedback cycles.
